My name is Amanda, and I chose Dee as my Buyers Agent. I was a first time home buyer/homeowner and I had no idea what to expect or what was involved in purchasing a home. Dee is a great Real Estate Agent. Although she was the Selling Agent and I was the Buyer with a different Agent she was very helpful in assising me during the entire Buying process. After I moved into my new house she was very helpful and responsive to all my calls and answered all the questions about different issues that I had. She even stopped by to see all the renovations that I completed on my home. I would recommend her to anyone that I know. She is truly a wonderful Real Estate Agent!!!

  My wife and I had been looking to buy a house which seemed like an eternity. The few Realtors we dealt with seemed like they were more focused on selling us a house than helping us find a home. Buying a home is a personal process and so far none of the Realtors cared enough to find out who my wife and I are and what we were looking for. That is, none of them until we met Dee Minear. Not only did Dee take the time to listen to our needs and concerns but she applied our thoughts when dealing with selling agents. It was comforting knowing that our interests were being fully represented. She was caring with us and tough for us.

  Finding a home to call your own is a daunting task in and of itself, not to mention trying to find a good mortgage rep and quality insurance company. So, after the negotiation were done and our offer had been accepted, we took Dee's good advice again and decided to use Howard Hanna Mortgage Services and Insurance Specialists. Not only did we get great terms on our loan, we also ended up paying less for our home owners insurance and car insurance than we were getting when we renting an apartment!

  Needless to say, my wife and I were and still are, 100% satisfied with the people at Howard Hanna Real Estate and the services they provided. We are still in contact with Dee and can't wait to have her over to see what all we have done with our new place!
